The primary mission of the Detroit Institute of Indian Music is to offer expert level instruction on Indian music performance and theory. Students receive consistent and meaningful direction based on their individual needs, abilities and talents. All classes are taught by the Institute's founder and director, Dr. Rajan Sachdeva.
